Privacy Policy
Effective date: 15 August 2026
fastco.work ("we", "the service") provides on-demand cloud desktops operated by AI agents. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Google sign-in: when you sign in with Google we receive your
email address and basic OpenID profile only (scopes:
openid email). We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data. - Account & usage data: the desktops you start and stop, session duration, and the plan you are on — used for providing the service and metered billing.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep only Stripe's reference IDs and payment status.
- Task content: instructions you give your desktop agent and files in your desktop session exist to run your task. Burner desktops are RAM-only and destroyed at session end; persistent storage is kept until you delete it or close your account.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
- We do not read your session content except to operate the service, debug a problem you report, or as required by law.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies.
Where data lives (subprocessors)
Infrastructure and processing partners: Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare (edge/CDN), Stripe (payments). Desktop sessions run on our own servers or on GCP/AWS instances created for your session and deleted after it.
Retention & deletion
Burner sessions leave no persistent data. Account records and billing history are kept while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below — we will remove it within 30 days except records we must keep for tax/accounting law.
